|Serengeti Maasai Mara Kenya, August 2014||Erindi Namibia, October 2014||Chitwa Chitwa Sabi Sand, September 2015|
|Maasai Mara or “The Mara” as it is known, is a northern extension of Tanzania’s Serengeti, and is responsible for more images of African animals than any other. And with good reason, for it is jammed full of wildlife, and blessed with open terrain that makes game viewing easy.
From August to November the park plays host to the northern leg of the famous Serengeti wildebeest migration as well as the countless zebra and other herbivores that accompany them, which many consider to be the world’s greatest wildlife spectacle.
|Erindi Game Reserve is a jewel in the heart of the wild Namibian landscape, is situated east of Omaruru, between the Erongo Mountain Nature Conservancy and the Omataku Mountains.
Erindi, “The Place of Water” in local Herero, has more than 12,000 head of game, teeming over a game reserve marginally smaller than the State of Virginia, where even rare and endangered species are being conserved and managed in a manner that allows man to experience what it was once like to live in undisturbed Africa.
|The exclusive photo safari workshop will offer some of the best lion, leopard, elephant, and cheetah photography in the world, as well as an opportunity to photograph Africa’s “Big Five” which are elephant, lion, leopard, buffalo and rhinoceros. We’ve booked, two private game vehicles each with 3 rows of seating. The safari is limited to 6 photographers and 2 game drive vehicles, each photographer has an entire row to themselves.|

Images In Africa Safaris, licensed, registered & bonded in the State of Florida (Lic # ST38899) offer exclusive wildlife, and or wildlife and landscape combination photo Safaris at Private game Reserves in South Africa, Namibia, Botswana, Tanzania & Kenya that not only gives you a taste of Africa but also provides the photographic opportunities of a lifetime.
1 PHOTOGRAPHER PER ROW in a standard game drive vehicle is our Mantra, (see disclaimer) and with our safaris being in private game reserves, not only do we go off-road to find the wildlife, the vehicle density is strictly controlled, so you will not experience the 50 vehicles / Minivans at a sighting, as is commonplace in many National Parks in South Africa, Tanzania and Kenya.
From the vehicle, or on foot during guide and tracker led bushwalks, guests will photograph and experience Lion, Leopard, Elephant, Rhino, Buffalo, Hippo, Cheetah and other species of wildlife at world renowned Private Game preserves in South Africa, Namibia, Botswana, Tanzania or Kenya.
With groups of no larger than 6 photographers, the group is small enough and personal enough to allow for instruction both in the field and back at the lodge, so join us and enjoy the spectacular wildlife and stunning beauty of the African bush. With up to 20 guide led game drives we are targeting not only photographers but their partners/families, and all skill levels are welcome. We combine both the workshop component targeted to the photographer with the Safari component appealing to all members of the party.
Our desire is to introduce you and your party to the stunning beauty and tranquility of the African landscape, and have you experience a once in a lifetime photo safari, yet still combine your passion for photography, wildlife and nature in unbelievable surroundings.
Workshops are either formal or informal depending on the group, with times being carefully selected to allow guests to enjoy Africa, attend all the Game Drives, yet provide time for walks, watching the Hippo, or simply relaxing at the pool with a good book. These wildlife and nature photo Safaris are truly for everyone …
